Support is available 24 hours a day. In the first instance, consult the Support Manual located within the Control Panel. This provides the facilities and tools to manage your Web Site.
For technical problems e-mail support@shinyhost.com and give a detailed description of the problem you are having along with your username, password and hostnames/domain names and any additional information you think may be helpful to us in finding a solution. We endeavour to resolve all legitimate reported problems within 24 hours of notification.
For billing problems, e-mail billing@shinyhost.com quoting your Customer Reference along with your query or problem description.
